Dinosaurs!  Every child is fascinated by them at some point in their childhood!   Some people never outgrow this fascination.  Those folks are called paleontologists!  For a paleontologist, whether an amateur weekend enthusiast, or a full blown professional, there is no greater thrill than to pick a tiny bone, claw or tooth from a pile of dirt.

Dinosaurs are the one topic that we receive more email about than any other.  And almost every email contains a question about the supposed omission of dinosaurs from the Bible.  Years ago, as a twelve year-old girl, I asked the same question of my science teacher.

"How do dinosaurs fit into the Bible?"

I knew that my teacher was a church elder and a wonderful Christian man,  but his reply, a simple, "I do not know", left me feeling confused about my God and my faith.  In fact, the lack of an answer to this question played a part in my decision not to pursue further education in the sciences.  I saw my love for the Lord, and my interest in science as a conflict between good (Creator God) and evil (evolution). It was a conflict that I could never resolve in my own mind and heart, so I just avoided the topic of dinosaurs altogether!

But then I had children of my own, and God forced me to take my head out of the sand and take a full-faced look at the subject of dinosaurs and the Bible.  This web site is an outgrowth of what I have learned.  Opening the Bible and looking for dinosaurs has been the defining event of my adult life.  What I learned has completely changed the way I view the present world around me, the historical past, and the unseen future. It is my prayer that God will open your eyes and change your world as well!
